i like taking pictures of bands performing, but i think i like taking pictures of people when they're just hangin better? I think some of my favorite shots I've gotten on this tour were in between performing.

I know it's been a while, I haven't really had any inclination to post until now... or much reason, I guess. But here I am in Ypsilanti, about to embark on the second round of Chris Bathgate's Salt Year release tour, with Samantha Crain and Hezekiah Jones.
We leave for Marquette tomorrow, and from this afternoon on I'll be posting exclusively to his tour blog, which can be found at http://www.chrisbathgate.org/ (which actually just went live during Hezekiah Jones' set on Thursday night at The Strutt in Kalamazoo...)
